Direct Fulfillment

This report allows visibility of the Direct Fulfillment ordering process by displaying the DF Name with quantities of Shipped and Backordered units. 

DF Name: Direct Fulfillment name.
Address: The address where product is shipped.
DF Account #: The Direct Fulfillment account number.
DF Account Name: The Direct Fulfillment account name.
Customer PO: The customer's purchase order used to place the order.
Order Date: The date the order was placed by the customer.
Shipped Date: The date the order is shipped to the customer.
Quantity Shipped: The number of units shipped.
Quantity Backordered: The number of units where no inventory is available at this time and the order will ship when inventory is allocated.
   

Direct Fulfillment Title

Click the Customer PO link in the Direct Fulfillment report to access titles within the purchase order.

Columns not available in the Direct Fulfillment report.

Title: Title
EAN: 13-digit code used to identify the product (ISBN).

List Price: The current list price of the title in USD.
Publish Date: From CoreSource, publisher defined expected date for product to be available.
Publisher Status: Publisher status of titles at Ingram, pulled in from CoreSource
PTO: A Yes/No flag to identify if an item is available from Lightning Source on a print-to-order basis.
