Product Inventory

The Product Inventory report relays available, backorder, reserve, and other information about your product as of the end of the day - yesterday.   Filtering the Start and End dates, updates the 'Available with Notice' and 'Shipped Units' columns only.

Below, each column heading is defined.

EAN: 13-digit code used to identify the product (ISBN).
Medium: Specifies if product is physical or digital.

Title: Title
Carton Qty:  The number of units in a Carton.
PTO:  Identifies if an item is available from LSI on a print-to-order basis.
SPR-J:  Yes/No flag to identify titles which participate in the Jackson automated print program.
Publisher Status: Publisher Status of titles at Ingram, pulled in from CoreSource.
DC: Distribution Center where product resides.
Total Onhand: This is the TOTAL On Hand not dependent of the DC.
Order in Process: Units of ending inventory that are picked and packed but not yet shipped.
Open BackOrder: No inventory is available at this time and the order will ship when inventory is allocated.
Committed BackOrder: Inventory has been allocated to the order and will ship when the order is released.
In Process: Number of units being picked in the warehouse.
Locked: Units of ending inventory that are unavailable for orders.
Adjustments: Adjustments made to an items inventory in units. (Access Inventory Reconciliation > Inventory Reconciliation by DC > Adjustments to view the type of adjustment)
Physical Reserve: Product held specifically for a customer against a customer account within the warehouse. A physical reserve is used primarily on product that was work ordered and awaiting an order to enter against it.Logical Reserve:
Logical Reserve: Reserve put in place within the order management system (OMS) with the expectation the product is held for a client or customer without an order in hand at that time.
Available: Units of ending inventory that are in a sellable condition and location in a distribution center.
Receipt in Process: Received but not stocked in a warehouse.
On Order: Contains In transits and Expected units from Ingram’s order management system.
Available with Notice: Represents sellable inventory that has been returned to Jackson, but is not in pristine selling condition.
List Price: The current list price of the title in USD.
Canadian List Price: The price the book is sold in Canada.
Publish Date: From CoreSource, publisher defined expected date for product to be available.
Release Date: The date initial new title backorders are released to the warehouse for fulfillment.
NTL Status: New Title Laydown status. Statuses are:
Laydown has Occurred
Not Eligible for Laydown
Release Date Locked
Release Date Not Locked
Pub Num: The publisher number at Ingram.
Imprint: Imprint
Brand Category: Publisher defined category set up through the client manager and maintained in Ingram's title management system.
Pub Alpha: A code at Ingram used to link Imprints/Publishers to the publisher number.
Client Cost: The cost assigned to the book in the title management system.
Last Sold Date: Date on which product was last sold.
Shipped Units: The number of units shipped.
Last Receipt Date: Date on which units were received at a DC location for the last time.
Last Expected Due Date: The last date on which we expect to receive units from a publisher.
Expected Units: Units provided via the shipment notification process where a Publisher PO exists.

Last Date for Return: Customer return date for no longer carried or out of print titles.
Book Weight: Book weight at the primary distribution center.
