Returns Processing

This report displays the item and action performed in the return process.

EAN: 13-digit code used to identify the product (ISBN).
Item Name: Usually the title.

Board Book
Paperback / Softback
Hardback
Multiple Copy Pack
Spiral Bound
Imprint: Imprint
Brand: Publisher defined category set up through the client manager and maintained in TMS (title management system).
DC: Distribution Center
Rework: An action is performed on an item in an attempt to make it sellable.
Restock: An item is in a sellable condition and restocked for sale.
SVA Sort (HURT): Special Value Assortment.  Hurt inventory resides in the Jackson warehouse.  See the Hurt Inventory by Category and Location report for more detail.
Bin & Hold: Returns are put into a hurts shroud.
Destroy: Action requested by a publisher to destroy remaining copies.
Total: The total of all return event types.
