The Expected Product & Receipts report lists the Publishers PO with units received, the distribution center where the product is located, units we expect to receive in the future and other pertinent information about the product.

Publisher PO: A publisher purchase order number sent to the publisher from Ingram for stock we want the publisher to fulfill.
DC: The distribution center where the product is expected to reside.
Title: Title
EAN: 13-digit code used to identify the product (ISBN).

Author: Author
List Price: The current list price of the title in USD.
Client Cost: The cost assigned to the book in the title management system.
Publish Date: From CoreSource, publisher defined expected date for product to be available.
Release Date: The date initial new title backorders are released to the warehouse for fulfillment.
PTO: Yes/No flag to identify if an item is available from Lightning Source on a print-to-order basis.
SPR-J: Yes/No flag to identify if an item participates in the Jackson automated print program
Damaged: This is a Yes / No flag to indicate if the product is damaged.
Receipt Date: The date product arrives at a distribution center location.
Receipt Units: The number of units received at a DC location.
Receipt Extended Amount: The amount per item multiplied by the number of units.
Expected Units: Units provided via the shipment notification process where a Publisher PO exists.
Due Date: The date the publisher expects Ingram to receive the product in a DC location and is defined via the shipment notification process. Once shipment is received, the Due Date field is cleared since this is no longer relevant data.

Click a Receipt Units value in the Expected Product & Receipt report to render an Expected Receipt PO Details report for a specific Publisher PO.
