We wanted to make you aware of a new integration feature which will create a smoother and faster receiving experience when you print inventory with Lightning Source and ship to the Jackson warehouse. Beginning Wednesday, November 9th, when you place an order with Lightning Source using the free shipping method back to the Jackson warehouse, we will automatically create your Inbound Shipping Notification (ISN) for the warehouse system. You will no longer need to enter an Inbound Shipping Notification (ISN) on orders printed at Lightning Source and shipping into the Jackson warehouse.
In addition to this feature, we will also begin automatically receiving your inventory printed at Lightning Source against the appropriate Purchase Order (PO), which will result in quicker stock availability. You will initially see the impact of this new receiving process on less than carton quantity stock, and we hope to have this scaled up to apply to all Lightning Source shipments by the end of the year.
