The My Settings screen has multiple tabs where various options are defined. The Active Group is selected, User Alert Thresholds values are entered as well as Direct Fulfillment and PTO report filters. Key Customers and Titles are selected in My Settings to populate the Key Customer Activity and Key Titles panels on the Home Dashboard. Each tab has its own Save button.
Active Group - This tab displays the Publisher/Vendor options available to the user. Choosing an Active Group means only the Publisher/Vendor chosen is reflected in Ingram iQ. The Active Group displays in the top right corner under the User Name. Pub Admins may have several choices to choose from. If so, they can make a different selection and click Save to change their Active Group. Standard Users will have access to only one Active Group.
User Alert Thresholds - Daily Key Title Orders & Returns, and Titles in Jeopardy thresholds are set here and inform the report results in the User Alerts widget on the Home Dashboard
Daily Key Title Orders and Returns
The values may be defined by Dollars or Units. If there are orders placed throughout the day that meet the thresholds, the relevant EANs will appear on these reports. You can see more detail via the Daily Order Volume widget also on the Home Dashboard.
Titles in Jeopardy
The Titles in Jeopardy threshold may be defined by setting a Reorder Point or a Week Supply Calculation
- Reorder Point is set on an asset level in CoreSource. Go to Asset Details > Attributes > IPS to set your reorder point for the relevant EAN. Once the Available quantity is equal to or below that amount, the EAN will appear on the Titles in Jeopardy report.
- Week Supply Calculation takes the last 20 weeks of Sold Units and divides that number by 20 to get a weekly average. That weekly average is then divided by the Available units to determine the number of weeks supply that is available for that item. The threshold you choose will determine which EANs will appear on the report.
Once your selections are made, click Save.
Key Customers & Titles - Search by Customer Name and select the record(s) you desire. Both the Headquarter Name and Headquarter Account Number are listed. iQ is using the HQ Account Number to return the HQ Account Name to ensure proper reporting so similar Headquarter Names will not be misconstrued. Selections display under the Customer Search field.
Product may be searched by Title or EAN. Select EAN before typing the EAN number. Your selections display under the Title/EAN Search field. Click Save to save Customer and Title selections.
Global Report Filters - Choose to Include or Exclude Direct Fulfillment and PTO (print to order) titles.
Goals - Enter sale values budgeted throughout the year to track goal values vs. actual sales. Designate the year and enter a dollar amount for the desired months in a calendar year. Notice as you populate the fields, or edit the value, the Annual Goal will recalculate. If you wish to delete a value, replace it with zero (0), otherwise the function will not know how to compute the Annual Goal. Goals are used in conjunction with the Net Sales Comparison chart in the Sales Dashboard. The sale values are listed in a bar chart while the goal is represented as a red line throughout the chart to track how sales are doing compared to the goals entered.
