Forgot Password

Click the Forgot your password? link to request your credentials be reset.

Enter your Username and click Send Reset.  This generates a Reset Password email.

This is an example of the email generated to reset your password.

Clicking the 'Click here to reset your password' link takes you to the following screen.  Create a new password, enter it a second time to confirm you typed it correctly and click the Save Password button.

 After clicking the Save Password button, you are directed to the iQ Home Dashboard.
